Joumana El Zein Khoury

Joumana El Zein Khoury is the executive director of the World Press Photo Foundation. She has over fifteen years of experience in international cultural exchange, programme development and talent promotion. She was previously the director of the Prince Claus Fund, an internationally renowned institution supporting culture under pressure. Joumana was the director of the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation for Euro-Arab exchange, for which she continues to serve as a board member. She has also worked with organizations such as the Arab Image Foundation and the Baalbeck Festival. She is a member of the supervisory board of Manifesta. Of Lebanese origin, Joumana holds an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University, New York, a BA in Arts Management from EAC Group, Paris, and studied law at Paris XI Sceaux. She is based in the Netherlands.
